Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags are intact
• Invoice or proof of purchase is available
• Item is not in the non-returnable category (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Customized or special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Quality check: 1-2 business days
• Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
• Refund method: Cash or bank transfer (as per your preference)

Exchange Policy
